Service Advisor


What it's all about:

The Service Department is the hub of the Centre's After Sales business. As a member of the team, the Service Advisor co-ordinates the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre, liaises with the customers regarding service or repairs, acts as a link between the customer and the service repair team and co-ordinates utilisation of the work shop.

You are:

  • interested in a career in the retail motor industry
  • able to listen carefully and respond to colleagues
  • interested in a career using the latest computer systems
  • willing to provide excellent service to our customers
  • able to show that you can work well as part of a team
  • of suitable academic ability i.e. GCSE passes in Maths, English and Science
  • willing to study hard on one of the industry's most advanced Apprenticeship Schemes

The qualifications you'll get

Upon completion of the 2 year Scheme, Service Advisor Apprentices will be awarded the following qualifications:


  • Toyota After Sales Service Advisor
  • IMI Service Operations Diploma
  • NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
  • Key Skills Certificate
  • Advanced Apprenticeship Certificate
