Sales Advisor Apprenticeship Scheme
What it's all about:
The Sales Department is the fast paced and dynamic front of a Toyota Centre. As a full member of the Centre team, the Sales Executive co-ordinates all the elements of vehicle sales to make sure that customers receive the vehicle they desired when they wanted it. This involves using the Centre's sophisticated computer system to log stock movements and produce orders, liaising with their colleagues, developing their selling skills to improve vehicle sales performance and dealing with enquiries from both trade and retail customers. The Toyota Sales Executive also maintains customer contact after the vehicle is sold to ensure customer satisfaction.
You are:
- interested in a career in the retail motor industry
- able to listen carefully and respond to colleagues
- interested in a career using the latest computer systems
- willing to provide excellent service to our customers
- able to show that you can work well as part of a team
- of suitable academic ability i.e. GCSE passes in Maths, English and Science
- willing to study hard on one of the industry's most advanced Apprenticeship Schemes
The qualifications you'll get
When you've finished the 2 year Scheme, you will be awarded the following qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Sales & Supply
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Sales & Supply
- Approved Toyota Sales Executive
- Advanced Apprenticeship Certificate
- IMI Technical Certificate
