Parts Advisor Apprenticeship Scheme
What its all about
The Parts Department is the hub of the Toyota Centre. As a full member of the Centre team, the Parts Advisor co-ordinates all parts sales to make sure that customers and Technicians are always able to have the parts they need when they need them. This involves using the Centre's sophisticated computer system to log stock movements and produce orders, liaising with their colleagues, developing their selling skills to improve parts sales performance and dealing with enquiries from both trade and retail customers.
You are:
- interested in a career in the retail motor industry
- able to listen carefully and respond to colleagues
- interested in a career using the latest computer systems
- willing to provide excellent service to our customers
- able to show that you can work well as part of a team
- of suitable academic ability i.e. GCSE passes in Maths, English and Science
- willing to study hard on one of the industry's most advanced Apprenticeship Schemes
The qualifications you'll get
When you've finished the 3 year Scheme, you will be awarded the following qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Parts Distribution & Supply
- Approved Toyota Parts Advisor
- Advanced Apprenticeship Certificate
- IMI Technical Certificate
